Community Support

The SHC works with other agencies to help individuals live in the setting they choose. SHC can provide staff support, as needed, to assist adults with developmental disabilities to live successfully in their own home or apartment. The level of assistance is based on each individual’s strengths and needs. Staff can assist in accessing community services, teach home living skills or provide direct care.
