As a certified provider of waiver and supported living services our agency provides homemaker/personal care, community access and support services to individuals who reside in their own apartment, home, or with their family. These services can be designed to meet the unique needs of the individuals based on assessment and funding. Respite services include those services provided in a residential or recreational setting on a short-term basis, for the primary purpose of giving the primary caretaker a break from the responsibility of routine care. These services may be provided in the individual’s home, a group setting, or at an alternative site.
